Italian Garden & BBQ in Brownfield

The restaurant was busy. We waited 10 minutes in the bar before we were seated. Our female server was amazing. We didn't have to ask for refills, our order was accurate, & the food was hot. She continued to check on us the entire time we were there, even after we were done & had paid the bill. She was friendly, made suggestions, & made our experience great.

Tried the seafood Alfredo and it was amazing. I've always eaten the chicken and shrimp carbonara which I love but decided to do something different this time.

All employees we came in contact with we're so professional about everything, we were securely impressed. We will be going back to eat. The food, service, hardly any wait. We were treated like we were the only ones there. Seriously, and they very busy. Pretty much everyone wire masks, including me. The restaurant is also very clean and organized. My husband and I had fun playing the game on the tablet they have set up at your table already. Played with other customers at their tables, lol. It was fun! We'll be back! 👍

Came in for lunch today and it was terrible the breadsticks and my boyfriends food tasted old like it had just been warmed up again from overnight and sent out he had Lasagna I had the shrimp scampi and literally took 3 bites and couldn’t stand to eat anymore I am very disappointed with my visit I usually enjoy the food here but today it was gross !

Was served unedible tomatoes, some deep cleaning is needed. Look where guests have touched the front door,chair tops. Womans bathroom floor was last moped with a dirty mop. The floor was greasy.

Got the wrong food for lunch today which was told what I Ordered. Not a good visit for me and my family on my daughters birthday.

I love the breadsticks and salad here. Literally the only reason I like to eat here lol! Most of it is pretty pricey so we don't eat here often. It's usually a date night sort of outing when we eat here. Good regardless and the wait staff is always pleasant when we go here.

I always go in for lunch and get their soup and salad. The staff is amazing and food is delicious

Always lively always busy. Expect a wait especially during dinner hours but also expect to be given service and food which makes the wait worthwhile. You'll want to gorge off the generous and delicious serving you're sure to receive but save room dessert isn't a thing to be missed here either. While you can have a favorite meal as they maintain staples on their menu always expect to be dazzled by a rotating door of specialty recipies that are sure to dazzle the palate. Full bar which will blow you away with its ultra wide variety of cocktails from fruity to straight forward no one will be left wanting. I've always felt this place was a bit over priced yet continue to pay and frequent so that mist say something. The kitchen is super consistent such as you'd expect at this level of franchise food.

We had an amazing meal. On top of that our service was phenomenal.They have added a great deal of new app/dinner options that all look so amazing. I look forward to my next visit later this week!!! Thank you again for a delicious meal.

We usually eat here multiple times. Tonight was disappointing. Kids meal came with 4 grapes on the side. We didn't get our adult drinks until after we got our food, which I had to ask for. When we recieved our food, what I had ordered hardly had any sauce. So I had asked the waitress to bring me a side of sauce she said she would, then none came, I had to ask our waiter again for sauce. They weren't even busy as times we have gone before and had amazing service. Just feel disappointed. Hope they try to reevaluate the serving team.

This one had some great waitresses and customer service. They let me know about all the specials. The food came out great in a timely manner. Definitely going back

Got just what I ordered. Server was pleasant.

The food was the typical Olive Garden dishes. Not fond of the new menu. But our waiter was great, friendly, attentive and helpful.We were NOT greeted at all when we came in and waited several minutes before being seated after others came in after us.The lighting in the evening is a little low, especially if someone has vision problems. Was told staff has no control over lighting.

Ricky was a great server. He was kind and more than willing to go along with our antics. He was a good sport and was very attentive. The food was great as always and the wait this early was only 5 minutes or so. I have to say the new spicy marinara is very good. Not so hot you can't eat your food, but enough kick to know it's there. I definitely recommend it.

First time eating there, such a nice place, great service, it was a really good experience

We got lucky today and got a brand new server named Chance. We were his very first customers and he did not disappoint with his excellent service. Other than it was chilly in there this was a 5 + meal today. the Alfredo sauce was the best we've ever had. We've been in there before where the food was not as great the service was not as great, but Chance our server helped make this a great meal today.. Kudos and thanks to whoever trained him as they must have been a great trainer as well.

We are in our 70's and share. I get unlimited salid but never get more than what I am served and share some with my wife. My wife was charged with salad for eating a little bit of my salid and the black olives that I don't like.

Even though we had a long wait time due to the day and time, it was worth it. Cassie was amazing. Definitely recommend and will return again.

Quick service. Nice attentive waitress. Think I should have been asked before putting salad dressing on my salad as I prefer to choose my own salad dressing and I want less than they usually put on it. On the side would have been nice. The peach tea had way too much sugar in it so I got a Dr. Pepper in place of it. Everybody was pretty much pleased overall. Decor was great.

A restaurant like this, as good as they are, should never run out of gluten free pasta which severely limits what I can eat there as I have gluten allergies.

Cheese manicotti and giant meat ball very filling and delicious. Great service by our waitress Kathy A. Very polite and attentive.

Good Italian food, reasonable prices. I had wine with my lasagna, wife had spaghetti and meat balls. Salads were delicious along with bread sticks. Excellent chain restaurant eating for us.

Food was good. Price was right. Would have been 5 stars but the waiter seemed new and was slow with refills.

It was ok, you can tell that covid 19 is really affecting them, they are used to doing a lot more volume and having a lot more people, and now that there is less for them to do they get your food out fast, almost too fast, salad was out 5 minutes after the appetizer, and the meal was out 4 minutes after the salad, dont get me wrong, I like getting my food fast, but I dont like being rushed through dinner. The lasagna tasted burnt, and the baked ziti was soggy.

Staff was friendly, wine was uhhhhmazing, food was yummy, but the booths at this location looks 30 years old and should be replaced. Not pretty, very dull, and worn, and super low when you sit down.

Always amazing but the bread sticks aren't like they used to be.

Tons of flys were in the place it was like I was eating outside. The Alfredo is pretty bland but the mushroom sauce on the create your own pasta was full of flavor. Our waiter was short and I wouldn't say unfriendly but he wasn't super friendly like some of the other reviews rave about.

While I realize that reopening after COVID will be a challenge, my experience tonight was abysmal. There were approximately 10 parties eating in the entire restaurant and our wait was ludicrous. The food was subpar (an understatement) and a waitress taking care of 3 tables took 20 minutes to refill my glass. Thank goodness I had a $20 gift certificate or I'd have been irritated to pay that check. I realize they were fulfilling to-go orders, but my 2 hours there was a complete disappointment.

Food and service always great. I get the same thing every time for lunch. This time it was made incorrectly. Way too much peppers and sauce. They made it seem like I didn't know my order. Manager came and brought me back the same sandwich and raw fries. Didn't compensate any off bill or apologize. Will not be coming back. Left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Employees are Very good with details. They made sure our group of 8 had a wonderful experience. Awesome food.

Great. I don't go to many Olive Gardens. However this one really stood out to me because of the wait staff. Kelsey in particular was exceptional. She was incredibly observant of the needs of our autistic girl.

It doesn't matter what restaurant I go to the service is awesome the food is 👌 & the $ is nmy budget

We came at lunch time and the parking lot was full so we almost didn't come in, but I'm SO glad we did! The wait was only 2 minutes (don't let the parking lot scare you off lol) our server was perfect, checked on us the perfect amount of times! And the food was mmm👌🏻amazing! The lunch portions were filling; I had leftovers, and I'm a big eater lol Dessert was yummy too! The only drawback was, "table games;" it was $1.99+tax but looked like It was a free trial. I was pretty bummed when I saw a charge for it on the ticket, but not enough to take away a star, because everything else was amazing. 10/10 will eat here again. =) thanks Olive Garden!

It was so so very basic food the giant chicken parm tasted like a big chicken nugget our waitress however made sure we had a fantastic experience

I'd leave zero stars if I could. When I get there, there are at least 10 staff up front. Maybe a dozen tables seated total. The table I got sat at felt sticky. Got my drinks, but no one ever came to take our food order. Waited a good 10 minutes and left. I'd seen plenty of staff walking around but no one ever stopped by. We chucked a couple bucks on the table for our drinks and left.

Took my best friends out with our kids and we were treated so well. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you have two sets of twins who like to get upset over everything. We had one small mess up with our meal but as soon as it was noticed the staff and manager took care of it. I will be coming back again to this location. Highly recommend anyone to try this location.

Ordered to-go. Unusually check the bag when I do to go but I didnt this time and we were missing BREADSTICKS! also missing the grapes that went with the kids meal, the extra dressing I ordered and there was no forks or napkins..3 of our meals were ok but the tour of Italy had burnt, dry chicken and there was no alfrado sauce on the noodles.

I LOVE the tuscano soup and the pomodoro pasta. The service is always top notch and the ambiance is great.

The salad and breadsticks are always good. But the pasta taste like over priced frozen meals from the grocery store. For the price they charge you should get fresh made and not reheated pasta.
